Hi everybody, I have question to you, my friend from Germany want to buy from me Harley Muscle V-Rod 2010 (imported from the USA) and told me that he needs COC - certificate of conformity in order to get "TUV" so I can get this certficate but it will be in English. It is no problem to get tuv when COC is in English not in German? What are procedures of "motorad anmeldung in Deutschland". Motorcycle is "angemeldet" in Poland and I am riding it almost one year. thank you
